1. Return Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.
• We do not accept returns on opened perfumes, custom orders, or sale items.

2. Return Process

• Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• If the item is damaged or used, a partial refund may be granted at our discretion.

4. Exchanges

5. Cancellations
