1. Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.
- We do not accept returns on opened perfumes, custom orders, or sale items.
2. Return Process

- Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If the item is damaged or used, a partial refund may be granted at our discretion.
